Founded in 2001, the Trust has been serving elderly individuals who are often abandoned, neglected, or without family support. For more than two decades, we have opened our doors to elders from diverse backgrounds, ensuring they receive shelter, medical attention, emotional support, and love. What started as a small initiative has now grown into a trusted home for hundreds of elders, especially from poor and middle-class families.

Common questions

When will I get my receipt?

For card, netbanking and online UPI payments, it is emailed as soon as the payment goes through. If you pay by UPI QR or bank transfer, it is emailed once OMASHRAM TRUST confirms the money has reached them.

How do I claim the 80G tax deduction?

Tick "Claim 80G" and enter your PAN when you donate. OMASHRAM TRUST reports your donation to the Income Tax Department, and you receive Form 10BE after the financial year ends. You can deduct 50% of the amount from your taxable income under the old tax regime.

Is my payment safe?

Your money goes straight to OMASHRAM TRUST's own bank, UPI or payment gateway account. Sevastack never holds it, and card details are handled by the payment company, not by this page.

Something went wrong with my payment. What do I do?

Contact OMASHRAM TRUST using the details on this page and share your transaction reference (UTR). They can match it and send your receipt.

Can I donate from outside India?

OMASHRAM TRUST is FCRA registered, so it is allowed to accept donations from abroad. Foreign donations must go to its FCRA account — contact OMASHRAM TRUST first if you are not sure which option to use.
